Nestling into a horse shoe bend in the River Dee near Drumoak, Park Village is a very special project from CHAP Homes offering a unique opportunity to provide a sustainable village that reflects its setting and the local character.

The aim is to create an exemplary sustainable community, which provides affordable quality homes for future generations, with a particular emphasis on energy efficiency and environmental issues.
